RULES

ROSTER:
Select 20 players from the list provided on the Entry Form.  The 20 players you select will be comprised of the following:
  • 4 Centremen (C)
  • 4 Left Wingers (L)
  • 4 Right Wingers (R)
  • 6 Defencemen (D)
  • 2 Goaltending Teams* (G) - *not individual goaltenders
You may only select players as listed on the reverse side of the entry form.  As you select players, assign them to specific lines on your starting line up and special teams units.

SCORING:
Each line has its own unique scoring system as listed below:

Starting Line Up
  • Forward Line 1 - Goals (2 points), Assists (2 points)
  • Forward Line 2 - Goals (2 points), Assists (1 point)
  • Forward Line 3 - Goals (1 point), Assists (2 points)
  • Forward Line 4 - Goals (1 point), Assists (1 point)
  • Defensive Pair 1 - Goals (2 points), Assists (2 points)
  • Defensive Pair 2 - Goals (2 points), Assists (1 point)
  • Defensive Pair 3 - Goals (1 point), Assists (1 point)
  • Goaltending Team 1 - Wins (2 points), Saves (0.1 points)
  • Goaltending Team 2 - Wins (2 points), Saves (0.1 points)

    Special Teams
    In this section, select 10 players from your starting line up (using each only once), and assign to the Power Play Unit, Penalty Killing Unit or as an Extra Attacker.
  • Power Play Unit - Power Play Goals (1 point), Assists (1 point)
  • Penalty Killing Unit - Short-Handed Goals (2 points), Short Handed Assists (2 points)
  • Extra Attacker - Game Winning Goals (2 points)

    TIE-BREAKERS:
    In the event there is a tie between two or more teams, the following steps will be used to break the tie to determine the advancing (winning) team:
    1. Goals - The team with the greater number of total goals, will be ranked higher.
    2. Assists - The team with the greater number of total assists, will be ranked higher.
    3. Players Remaining, Stanley Cup Finals - The team with the greater number of total players remaining at the Stanley Cup Finals stage of the playoffs (both Conference Champions), will be ranked higher.
    4. Players Remaining, Conference Championships - The team with the greater number of total players remaining at the Conference Championship stage of the playoffs (four teams), will be ranked higher.
    5. Players Remaining, Conference Semi-Finals - The team with the greater number of total players remaining at the Conference Semi-Finals stage of the playoffs (eight teams), will be ranked higher.
